How do I get on the District's vendor bid list?
Please send a letter, on your company letterhead, to:

Request that your company be added to our bid list and include a specific list of products and/or services for which you would like to receive bid invitations. Be sure to include a contact person, mailing address, and telephone number. If possible include, a fax number, email address & webpage address.
Beginning January 1, 2006, "Form CIQ: Conflict of Interest Questionnaire" must be completed by any person or vendor seeking to do business with the school district. (Available here in pdf format)
Beginning January 1, 2006, trustees, the superintendent and other administrators must file "Form CIS: Local Government Officer Conflicts Disclosure Statements" relating to vendor contracts.
