Ferguson Industrial Invests $100,000 towards BISD CTE Major Giving Campaign Becoming Official Business Pathway Lab Sponsor
Oyster Creek, TX based Industrial Supply provider Ferguson Industrial has become the latest investor in the Brazosport ISD CTE Major Giving Campaign. With an investment of $100,000, Ferguson Industrial will become the official Business Pathways Lab Sponsor.
BISD Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs offer various programs of study within the Business Pathway. Business, Marketing and Finance are part of the Career Cluster with courses such as Business Information Management, Accounting, Financial Mathematics, Career Preparation, Entrepreneurship and Business Practicums.
BISD Education Foundation Executive Director Jessie Jennings stated, “This partnership with Ferguson demonstrates what an amazing community we live in. This investment represents an opportunity to partner and collaborate with industry leaders and experts in the areas of business.”
Ferguson Industrials capabilities are specialty fabrication, flow control solutions, national distribution and MRO products. Ferguson Industrial also services many different industries from engineering, procurement and construction to aerospace and defense, while also being a leader in the manufacturing space.

Ferguson Industrial is an industrial supply organization which adds a new business line for our students to gain exposure and experience in. Supply Chain Management provides high wage job opportunities for students who are prepared to enter the workforce after high school. With this new partnership our students and staff will learn more about Ferguson’s business line while BISD remains committed to graduating students' future ready.”
