The Brazosport ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved at the November meeting an additional $1,000
Employee Appreciation Retention Stipend for teachers and a $500
Employee Appreciation Retention Stipend for auxiliary staff to be dispersed in their December 15, 2022, paychecks. This stipend is to recognize the hard work and dedication of all BISD regular full-time/part-time employees, and their commitment to our students. In BISD, we value our employees and recognize the tremendous efforts they have made to ensure the success of each BISD student.
“We believe that recruiting and retaining the very best educators is instrumental in ensuring the continued success of our students as they receive the highest quality education possible,” said BISD Superintendent Danny Massey. “BISD and the Board of Trustees understand the value of each and every employee in the district. We appreciate the daily dedication and commitment that each BISD employee exhibits which allows our district to continue to set the standard in educational excellence.”
