World Read Aloud Day® is celebrated on the first Wednesday in February and takes place on February 1st this year. This day each year is committed to the art and practice of reading aloud and also, simply to reading. In oral form, the telling of stories about mankind was passed down from generation to generation even before writing was invented. This way of storytelling was the earliest method of keeping and sharing mankind’s knowledge, history, insight, and imagination. Celebrating
