This is the image for the news article titled Students Compete in BISD's Name That Book ContestThe 2023 Name That Book competition was held on April 6, 2023 with elementary, middle, and intermediate school teams competing across different grade-level divisions. Each team read books from the Great Texas Mosquito List, a collection curated by BISD Librarians specifically for the competition.

Teams were challenged to name the book being referred to after they were given clues from the books during the competition. The event was well-attended and competitive, with tiebreakers in every division and some even having multiple tiebreakers.

We are proud of every student who participated in this year’s event. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to reading and studying. Congratulations to this year’s winners!
