Meet BISD Senior Spotlight Juan Giovanni Garcia! As a Brazoswood High senior, soon to graduate Magna Cum Laude, Juan’s school journey has been marked by academic excellence, service, and dedication. Throughout his high school career, he has maintained a stellar academic record, earning the distinction of a two-year Scholar and graduating in the top 10% of his class. His commitment to academic excellence was further highlighted by his membership in the National Honor Society (NHS) and his recognition for outstanding academic performance in the study of Medical Microbiology. On the field, Juan's exceptional soccer skills have earned him a spot on the Academic All-State Team.

Beyond school, Juan has been an active volunteer at his church since 2019, showing his commitment to community service. He's also achieved certifications in CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant), CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician), and BLS (Basic Life Support), laying the foundation for his future in the medical field.

With 50 college credits as a dual-credit student, Juan's academic journey is impressive. He's earned a full ride to The University of Alabama to major in Biology, with plans for medical school and a career as a Pediatrician.

In his free time, Juan enjoys spending time with family and friends.
